Girls and Boys Cross Country
Girls Varsity took 2nd in the El Camino League and Boys Varsity took 3rd place and both teams advance to the CCS Championship on Saturday, 11/16 at Crystal Springs - 1:000am Girls and 11:45am Boys.
Individual Medal winners:
Varsity Boys: 3rd Justin Chiao, 13th Henry Moshfeghi, 15th Jacob Axelrod
Varsity Girls: 6th Izy Hilbert, 8th Neha Rishi, 14th Sophie Alexis
JV Boys: 1st Joshua Gehring, 7th Andrew Schoenen
JV Girls: 7th Alexandra Wong, 10th Moyu Shimada
Football
Titan Varsity and JV football teams had a stellar football season! They lost their last game of the season to Homestead 42-21, with the winner getting the title. Coach Miller said, “It gives our guys a taste of what we need to do to get to the next level” and they will with a record of 9-2. Thank you for a great season!"
Softball
Preseason training started on Monday, 11/11 from 4:00-6:15pm, will run Monday, Wednesday and Friday, meet at the softball field.
Girls Tennis
They had a great year, finishing the season at 12-4! Congrats! Maxima Agrawal meets Sacred Heart’s Sara Quinlan in the first round of the CCS Singles Tournament next Tuesday, 11/19 in Los Gatos.
Volleyball
Titan Volleyball won the CCS Division 1 title with a sweep of top-seeded Los Gatos on Saturday, 11/9. The last time they captured this title was 43 years ago. Way to go, Titans! Rachel Grant was awarded the Sportsmanship Award!
Girls Volleyball went on to win their first round match in the Division IV NorCal against Kingsburg on Tuesday, 11/12. Shoutout to Odeya Russo, Rachel Grant, Ana DuBois, Jessica Carter, Micaela Leong and Livia Bednarz. They have advanced to the second round against top-seeded Alameda on Thursday, 11/14.
Girls Water Polo
They won their CCS Division 1 semifinal game against Paly 11-8 on Tuesday, 11/12. They will play Santa Clara HS on Saturday, 11/16, Time TBA. Cooper McKenna scored 5 goals, Kate Mallery scored twice and 5 assists, and Kenza Ashworth had four steals to go with a goal and assist. Molly Wilkerson had two goals and a pair of assists, Siham Arslane scored once and had two steals, and Isobel Taylor had an assist and steal.
